Yes. For all preorder items, customers are required to complete full payment before shipment.
Each product page will show the Estimated Arrival Time (ETA). Please note that actual arrival dates may vary due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.
No. Once full payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
We recommend placing separate orders. In-stock items will only be shipped when the preorder item arrives if combined in a single order.

Yes. You may purchase your order online and click on the selected stores that you would like to collect during checkout. There would be no shipping fee if you choose the "Pickup in store" option.
